 Why we should praise others?

It's a tendency of a human being that if someone is reaching or achieving heights they are jealous. What don't we appreciate others? Why don't we praise others? 

Praising is not only a beautiful complement you are offering but it's a kind of reward. A reward for which a person deserves.




It's not easy to praise someone for their good work. Whenever I see beautiful drawing or craft made by my collegues I always use to appriciate  their hardwork and ability to perform such a wonderful work.

When there is some beautiful drawing on the board, I don't want to erase  it.        Look at the drawing on the board below. When it's time to erase I really don't want to  erase. I think  someone has put a  lot of efforts to draw  it.

The credit goes to an art teacher when it comes to make practice and draw these animal characters in notebooks of small kids like grade 1. It's very difficult to explain how to draw step by step. Though children loves to draw it but one should have patience with them. 

Lift up others like a hot air balloon.

Let me share the other craft work which is a hot air balloon. I want you to lift up all possibilities of hope, friendship, clearity as it lifts up and carry high up in the sky.

Be open hearted. Don't keep a distance with your colleagues or friends but try to come to close and say "You did really well " ,"You deserve for this", " You are praiseworthy".

Saying this you know,you are winning someone's heart.

How I have created LOGO for my Blog

Being creative I always wanted to do something unique and different. When I started writing a blog I wanted to use some icon, Logo which can describe my webpage.

 Today I am happy to share the following Logo which I myself have designed which is at initial step without any technical help of a professional web designer. 

I think new bloggers can do it. Go for it.
